Experiences marked Non-Refundable are sold at special rates or include entrance tickets that our partners purchase immediately upon confirmation. Once booked, these tickets cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

What This Means

  • No refund is available after the booking is confirmed, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Date changes and name changes are not possible.
  • No-shows are not refunded.
