Most of our tours and tickets come with free cancellation. If your booking shows the Free Cancellation badge, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your experience starts and receive a full refund.
You can cancel directly from the My Bookings page using the booking reference from your confirmation email, or contact our support team and we will handle it for you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If you would rather change the date than cancel, contact us before the cancellation window closes and we will do our best to move your booking free of charge, subject to availability.
