How do I book a tour or activity with Get Your Roman Tours?

Are skip-the-line tickets included?

Yes. Most of our Colosseum, Vatican, and St. Peter's Basilica experiences include skip-the-line or priority entry so you spend your time exploring, not queuing. Each tour page lists exactly what is included.

When and how will I receive my tickets?

Immediately after payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your mobile voucher and all the details you need. There is no need to print anything — just show the voucher on your phone at the meeting point or entrance.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Most tours offer free cancellation with a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time. Some experiences have stricter terms (for example, full refund 7+ days before and 50% within 7 days). The exact cancellation policy is shown on every tour page and in your confirmation email before you pay.

What languages are the tours available in?

Our guided tours are primarily led in English, with Italian available on many experiences. The available languages are listed on each tour page when you select your option.

Where do the tours start and how do I find the meeting point?

Each tour has its own meeting point in Rome, which is shown on the tour page and repeated in your confirmation email with a map link and directions. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early.

What happens if I arrive late?

Tours and timed-entry tickets start on schedule and cannot be held. If you think you will be late, contact us as soon as possible using the number in your confirmation email and we will help where we can, though late arrivals may be treated as a no-show.

Are the tours suitable for children and families?

Yes — many of our experiences are family-friendly, and children often qualify for reduced or free tickets depending on age. Age bands and pricing are shown on each tour page when you choose the number of participants.

Is the booking and payment process secure?

Absolutely. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, and we never store your full card details. You will always see the final price, including any applicable fees, before you confirm.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular Rome experiences — especially the Colosseum and Vatican Museums — sell out days or weeks ahead in peak season. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time.
